1st Session 5 Rhythms Class
19:00 - 21:00
3 weekly evening sessions, starting on the given date.
The evening sessions build up on each other. In the first sessions, major focus is put on the “technique” of the rhythms as well as on the things that support our dance: presence, grounding, breath, permission, fun. In the subsequent sessions, the main subject of the class is more to the fore.
The classes are an ideal introduction to the 5 Rhythms and offer an opportunity to dance the rhythms in an ongoing group. They are suited for both, beginners and longtime experienced “Wave riders”.
The first session can be booked as a trial lesson (€ 15). This fee will be deducted from the class fee.
A written registration is required. Places are allocated in order of receipt of registrations.
